Our prices are as individual as the needs of the families who contact us.

Many families appreciate having an initial indication of costs. As the scope, frequency, duration and organisational requirements of childcare can vary considerably, each enquiry is assessed individually based on the information you provide.

How our services are structured

Whether you require childcare for a one-off or temporary assignment, regular ongoing support or a childcare professional for long-term employment affects both the process and the fees involved.

One-off and temporary assignments

For one-off or temporary assignments, a one-time service or coordination fee applies for selection, coordination and organisational preparation.
The childcare fees themselves are agreed and settled directly between the family and the childcare professional.

Regular ongoing childcare

If you require childcare on a regular basis, for example on fixed weekdays or flexibly by arrangement, we coordinate the preferred schedule, availability and suitable childcare model with you individually.

The childcare fees are agreed and settled directly between the family and the childcare professional. We will inform you transparently in advance whether any additional service or coordination fees apply and, if so, to what extent.

Recruitment for long-term employment

For the recruitment of a childcare professional for long-term employment in a private household, we charge an individually calculated engagement fee at the start of the process and a placement fee upon successful placement.

Your personal assessment

Once we receive your enquiry, we review the specific requirements and let you know promptly what options may be available and how the process could proceed.

Based on this, you will receive a transparent overview of the process and costs.

Your enquiry is non-binding and initially allows us to assess your childcare needs individually.
