Our prices are as individual as the needs of the families who contact us.
Many families appreciate having some initial guidance. As the scope, frequency, duration and organisational requirements of childcare can vary considerably, each enquiry is assessed individually based on the information you provide.
How our services are structured
Whether you require childcare for a one-off or temporary assignment, recurring support or a childcare professional for employment in your household affects both the process and the fees involved.
One-off and temporary assignments
For one-off or temporary assignments, we first review the options available within our existing network.
If this results in a suitable childcare proposal and you decide to proceed with the placement and release of contact details, the previously communicated one-time service/coordination fee applies.
The childcare costs are agreed and settled directly between the family and the childcare professional.
Recurring childcare
If you require a childcare professional on a recurring basis – for example on fixed weekdays or flexibly by prior arrangement – we assess the required scope, availability and appropriate childcare model individually with you.
If this results in a suitable childcare proposal and you decide to proceed with the placement and release of contact details, the previously communicated one-time service/coordination fee applies.
The childcare costs are agreed and settled directly between the family and the childcare professional. Additional ongoing Agency services or fees apply only if they have been expressly offered and agreed in advance.
External search if needed
If no suitable option is available within our existing network, a targeted external search for additional self-employed childcare professionals can be commissioned upon request.
The scope and search fee are agreed transparently before the search begins. The search fee covers the active search and is not credited against the service/coordination fee. If the search results in a suitable childcare proposal and you subsequently decide to proceed with the placement and release of contact details, the agreed service/coordination fee applies in addition.
Recruitment for employment
For the recruitment of a childcare professional for employment in a private household, we charge an individually calculated engagement fee at the start of the process and a placement fee upon successful placement.
Your individual assessment
Once we receive your enquiry, we review the specific circumstances and let you know promptly what options may be available and how the next steps could be structured.
On this basis, you receive a transparent overview of the process and costs.
